By providing your mobile phone number via our website contact forms, service booking portal, or via verbal agreement during a recorded phone call, you provide prior express written consent to receive recurring automated and manual text messages from All Grit Plumbing.

These messages may include:

  • Transactional Alerts: Appointment confirmations, rescheduling notices, and technician "On-the-Way" notifications with GPS tracking links.
  • Service Follow-ups: Post-service surveys, digital copies of invoices/estimates, and photos of completed plumbing repairs.

2. No Purchase Requirement

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. You may still receive our professional plumbing services even if you choose not to opt-in to our mobile messaging program.

3. Messaging Frequency and Costs

  • Frequency: The number of text messages you receive will vary depending on your interaction with our team. You may receive multiple messages during an active service window (e.g., booking, arrival, and completion).
  • Standard Rates: Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. All Grit Plumbing is not responsible for any fees charged by your wireless provider for the receipt or sending of text messages.

4. Opt-Out and Support

You have full control over your communication preferences.

  • To Stop: To stop receiving text messages from All Grit Plumbing, reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message you receive. You will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request. After this, you will no longer receive text messages unless you re-subscribe.

5. Information Sharing and Privacy (Third-Party Disclosure)

Our messaging program is compatible with all major and minor U.S. carriers. However, carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We reserve the right to update this policy to remain compliant with changing telecommunications laws and carrier requirements. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date."
