Welcome to All Grit Plumbing. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and our professional plumbing services. By accessing our site or scheduling service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Scope of Service

All Grit Plumbing provides residential and commercial plumbing services in Waterford, MI, and surrounding Oakland County areas. Services include but are not limited to: emergency repairs, water filtration installation, drain cleaning, and sewer line maintenance.

Estimates and Pricing

  • Flat-Rate Pricing: We utilize a flat-rate pricing model to ensure transparency. The "Dispatch Fee" is a standard charge for a technician to travel to your location and perform an initial assessment. This fee is applied toward the total cost of any service performed during that visit.
  • Quotes: Verbal quotes provided over the phone are non-binding estimates. Formal, binding quotes are only provided after an on-site inspection.
  • Adjustments: If unforeseen conditions arise (e.g., hidden pipe corrosion or structural obstructions), we reserve the right to adjust the quote. No additional work will be performed without your written or verbal authorization.

Payments and Cancellations

  • Payment Terms: Payment is due in full upon completion of the service. We accept [List Payment Methods, e.g., Credit Cards, Check, Cash].
  • Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Limitation of Liability

All Grit Plumbing is not liable for pre-existing conditions of your plumbing system, such as aged pipes that may fail during standard high-pressure drain cleaning (hydro jetting) or standard mechanical repairs.
